Artist Statement
This is a tribute to two longtime friends of mine, to their marriage and to their love. It is also an acknowledgment that in times of crisis we discover... exactly what makes us feel at home. For many home can be abstract and confusing, but when you love someone and commit your heart to them, they become home, and joy is reflected in the moments you share together, like a late night dance to Etta James.
